What happens after you submit
We will verify that the request belongs to the registered customer before processing it. We normally process verified requests within 30 days.
Data we delete: account credentials, customer profile, contact and delivery details, food preferences, notification tokens, and service data that is no longer required.
Records we may retain
Billing, payment, recharge, transaction, delivery, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
